SATC Night was superfun! We ended up with a group of nine fabulous women and loved the movie. I know that a lot of mainstream feminists are saying that it’s anti-feminist for a lot of reasons but I just don’t buy it. Anything that brings women together like SATC cannot be wholly unfeminist. Anyway, it was a great time and we’ll do the same thing for the sequel. For the record, we went to Palio’s Pizza Cafe on Bryant Irvin and the Movie Tavern on Hulen and both were excellent.
YEA Sex and the City is awesome! The whole point is for women to get together, wear great shoes and make their friendships a No. 1 priority for the night!! Of course there’s no non-feminism worries here!

SATC night was a blast and I thought the movie was great. I’m all for movies that promote strong, successful females and that’s what this one did! Oh, and it was funny too!
